Made a music bot for Discord! His name is Rei :3
You give him a YouTube link and he plays it in voice chat. Can queue up songs and save playlists too. He’s only set up for a few servers, so there’s no public invite link.
It’s kind of cute having something I wrote sitting in the member list. Just there, waiting for someone to ask for a song.
There are already so many music bots, but I wanted to make one anyway. I did say I liked writing things that other people have already written, haha.
It’s also my first exposure to Microsoft Azure and cloud hosted service, very interesting expereince nontheless.
